We are ALL part of the body

We started camp project days today at the district campgrounds. It was awesome! We had around 70 people come and help work. We got so much accomplished yet we are not finished. We still have 2 more days to go. It was so neat though because we had carpenters, painters, concrete pourers, pressure washers, tree cutters, and a bunch of us wannabes that did what we could. One wonderful thing we had people from the Connections church in Tallahassee who worked all day on the putt putt golf course. (These are homeless people). But it was so good because everyone did their part or what they could and made it such a productive day. We all worked together for one common purpose and much was done to help the campgrounds.

It is the same in the body of Christ. We are all important, each one plays a different part in the body, but each part is SOOOOOO important. The eye can see where it wants to go but unless the feet take it there it won't go. The ear can hear something coming but unless the brain tells the body to move out of the way it will not move. Get my drift? Every part is so important. We need each other for the kingdom to accomplish what God has for us to accomplish.

Never let the devil say you are important. Tell him you are fearfully and wonderfully made and that God has a great plan for your life. He will work in and through you when you start being who He created you to be.
So tomorrow is a wonderful new day where we will again come together and work for God and for the West florida District. Let us all do our part.
