There are many scriptures in the Bible about seeking. The word seek means to look for, search for, or try to find. God definitely wants us to seek Him. He wants us to come to know Him in a personal way. He is a personal God who wants to be intimate with you. The more you get to know Him the easier it is to trust him.
You know it is hard to trust someone unless you really know them. How better to get to know someone than to spend time with them. After Tommy and I got married we spent a lot of time together. Each day I learned to trust him more and more. More than I did when we were dating or even engaged. After living with someone you really get to know them and it is easier to trust them. Matter of fact the trust just comes so naturally.
The same is true when we live each day in the presence and knowledge of God and grow in our relationship with Him. It is so natural just to trust Him with whatever is going on in your life. No matter how big or small He is able to take care of it. He has promised He will not forsake those who seek Him. He is not playing hide and seek. He wants to be found of us.
So my challenge to you today is to seek him diligently. Put your trust in Him no matter what is going on in your life today. He is MORE THAN ABLE to take care of every situation.
